    Why Xbox Enforcement Needs More Work


    If you are reading this Xbox enforcement team, hello. My account has been issued with a permanent communication ban, it it makes me upset. I am truly sorry for the things I have said. I have been an Xbox strict customer for 7 years and it brings pain that
    I cannot speak with friends. I got reported for taunting someone after a kill. I have also Brennan's harassed and retaliated a few times and acted up if you you remove the ban from my account I promise I will not be aggressive again. I am in stress and worried.
    I will do anything to get the ban removed. I am really really sorry.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    The only way to appeal your ban is by going to the enforcement site
    here     & filing for a case review if eligible.

    This has not worked. I have been unable to communicate with my friends now since saturday because of this and is becoming more and more frustrating. Somebody from enforcement needs to get in contact with me and get this mess sorted and explain to me why
    the moderator who dealt with the false complaint against me was not able to comprehend context!

    Totally! That’s why we just need to check the site from time to time because that will be the only way to get more information in regards to the enforcement action.

    We will need more info to be able to assist.

    If you want to know why you were banned you will need to contact the enforcement team as we dont have any access to the system.
