    Hello dudes and dudettes of the Microsoft Community. First off I searched the web(Google, of course. Sorry BING), and this website for the inquiry im about to submit. No results had sufficed.. So I come here to complain to my fellow Xbox One Users, and hopefully a
    Microsoft Employee.. Also, No I refuse to submit a ticket for such a simple question. Why, when playing a game, or watching television. Doesn't matter online or offline, do I constantly get signed out of my microsoft account? The reasons for my Xbox One; who
    I've named DATA, but that's besides the point; to sign me out are completely moronic and annoying.. During gameplay I'm killing zombies almost finished the task at hand then BOOOOOOM Good Bye Surgio! It is an outrage, not really, but its damn annoying.. How
    can I stop this stupid process from happening in the foreseeable future? Foreseeable cuz I fore see it happening again and yes AGAIN! Any assistance of any kind would be greatly appreciated.. Maybe even some brownie points, for what I don't know..

    got the same code and problems. ive done all the troubleshooting and i am able to sign in to my offline account and my games and apps work (i even get netflix) but my account will not sign in and i cannot play any games online

    FIFA 14 crashes at the end of a match to home screen

    just set up my x1 this past week and it has done this non stop. online and offline. it does it during FUT but not on online seasons, but does it on offline seasons. Has anyone found out a fix to this? I feel like I've wasted my money on this console already.
    I've done all the tips that have been posted on here like making sure email accounts match, full resets, etc.. I called Microsoft and all they told me was it is an ea sports issue and gave me their number. Called and they are closed. Anyone have any ideas

    Achievements Dissapeared...

    if you unlock achievements offline and then do a account recover w/o signing in online, you will lose ALL achievement you gained during the recovery prior to signing in online

    freezes online during gameplay does it on wifi and ethernet no error code once it freezes have to switch console off tried leaving on for about ten mins but still remains frozen hasnt done it offline up to now

    @ Gyther - Yes, the error occurs when signing on with an offline profile during start up and when switching during games. No, I don't want or need XBL accounts for my childern under the age 5, or for my wife. I just want to know why the offline profiles
    are trying to connect anyway, seems like an OFFLINE profile should be just that. It almost seems like a way to drive offline profiles into online ones.

    The really really frustrating part is trying to switch offline profiles generates the "error" and you HAVE to "test" or not sign in. If you tell it not to test, it simply exits the sign in. I've tried multiple times, to sign in and not test and it will always
    exit. So my choice is A) Not sign in, B) Exit the game, log out ALL profiles and test a connection, that shouldn't even be in use for the offline accounts. Then, sign everyone back in and continue to play the game and HOPE it doesn't ask to test while switching
    between profiles. Do you know how aggrivating that whole mess is to small childern just trying to play Fruit Ninja? I spend more time testing and logging in and out than they get to enjoy actual game play.

    @ Phoenix - NO, my only XBL live account (IP6) is the free one. It seems to be working fine, if I sign on with it, I get no error. The OFFLINE ones ALWAYS give me a "cannot connect to XBL, would you like to test?" as soon as I sign on. Testing the connection
    ALWAYS works and says everything it fine.

    Wired makes no difference.
