Why would no one from Corporate look at these forums! You just launched a new product

Hello! A new product has just been launched, only a handful of people have it, no one has really been trained on it when you phone it, wouldn't it make sense for people at Microsoft Corporate to look at these forums, even stopping by to say hello we read
your post would be great. So no developers or anyone at all in corporate cares enough to look at these forums?

Of all the Microsoft Employees no one has seen this? Or used this product and had the same issues?

Should I put my issue in my Xbox NXOE dashboard, because the developers actually see that? You put in the correct area and no gives a
[Mod Removed] about your issue.

Microsoft, Please Read This Now

^^ Basically, what The Dude wrote. Being in the Preview Program has no bearing at all in regards to a controller. I have no idea why they would even ask that? Also, I still don't understand why MS Support pushes people to post on these forums... maybe
they just want to get them off the phone? No one from MS checks these forums and no one here has the capacity to actually help you.... we can only offer advice. If your controller is over a year old, and the warranty is out of date, your best bet is to ship
it off to be repaired or just buy a new controller.

I don't know why anyone would want one unless they are a glutton for punishment like a masochist or something. Maybe you're a fan of soulless corporations that are only interested in separating you from your money. Maybe you don't like basic freedoms like
owning the product you purchased. Maybe you want corporations or the government encroaching on your freedoms and you want to bend over and take it and then apologize. Hard to believe but people like this are everywhere.

Nobody in this public forum would be able to tell you why or how an international corporation makes its financial decisions.

maybe i don't care about money ?

soulless corporations you say , you deal with them every day , except they are not as public about it. yet you own products or use products that were manufactured or belong to such companies. MS is here to make money , it's just as simple as that , just
like any other corporations.

what amazes me thats there are this many people who are this "old fashioned and are so hard headed to resist change , or are so close minded that they think MS is encroaching on you with the kinect , what makes you think they are not spying on you right
now if you have a kinect connected to the 360 ? If you got a smart phone who says uncle sam isn't spying on you with that ?.... there's always going to be 'paranoid" people

This is a very new product feature. I know you think that the news from September was "so long ago", but you never never worked on a massive-scale corporate project like this before.

I actually believe their timeline is far faster than I expect it to be.

Watch for a launch by March or April. It could be sooner.

If it's "delayed" further into next year, that means there are a LOT of complications with it and teams are working 18 hour days trying to get it fixed.
