Why won’t you let me return my console

Yes its up to date they even sent me a verification code to email which i recieved but still no email with shipping labels.

Have you checked to make sure your email address on your Microsoft account is up to date, and that the email they sent you has not gone to junk or spam folder?

I am very sorry for the mishap you are going through, Select My games and applications > Show all. Go to Apps and select the Xbox Avatar Editor app. Select an avatar, then customize it however you want.

This is a simple solution, if it doesn't give you good results I can give you another one to verify the solution.

- Check your NAT type and see if it is open, moderate, or strict. You can do this by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test NAT type on your Xbox console. Ideally, you want your NAT type to be open or moderate for the best online gaming experience. If your NAT type is strict, you might have trouble connecting to other players or joining parties. To change your NAT type, you might need to adjust some settings on your router or modem, such as enabling UPnP, port forwarding, or DMZ.
