why won't you fix the gaming services

Try this

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

Reboot PC

Install gaming service like you would normally

If this way doesn't work please try like this

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Sure, go to the windows settings app, in the windows update section check for pending updates, install all available

After this go to the Microsoft store app, then select the library on the bottom left corner, then get updates

After that log out the Microsoft store app and the Microsoft store, then Complete given below directions to reset the Microsoft store, Xbox and Gaming services app

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

Honestly, Microsoft did this intentionally so you are opted to power on your xbox to do it with a controller.

How hindsight do you have to be to recognize Microsoft live team are, quite honestly- idiots, and can't and will not fix it.

Very reason why I won't pay a year subscription is because of this LOUSY service. I'll play PC games. I give MS 1/10 stars for bad support and customer service.

I don't see why sending picture proof to microsoft would solve anything. They won't unlock it for you and it's the developer's responsibility to fix their game. So calling support won't get you anywhere.
