    Why won't you ban this guy already?


    Seriously, I have filed NUMEROUS complaints against a guy named [mod removed] for harassment in both game and voice communication.

    I legit don't even want to turn my xbox on because of him. Everytime I'm on he does nothing but insult me with words like [mod removed] and is also incredibly racist, period.

    And everytime I play a game with my friend, he joins through him and harasses me further. Just a minute ago I had to quit GTA Online because he wouldnt stop killing me. He does this for no reason. You need to remove him from the platform. Otherwise, I'm
    quitting xbox.

    Hello Like everyone has said above this process takes time and patience. The best option is to report and Block them.

    You can block the user and he can't contact you or join you anymore.

    If there is a work around to the block, appear offline until the ban.

    If he is racist in voice chat and game chat you'll need to record it for proof of the ban.

    If it is sent via message you can report the individual message itself and they will be banned.

    can you get your friend to block him so he can't join through him?

    another workaround would be to create a crew and invite your friend to it then start a crew only session

    only people you've invited to your crew will be able to join
