Why won't my xbox 360 conect to xbox live whit my mobile Hotspot it's the old xbox 360 can you pleas help me

We feel sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Xbox customer service.

You can request a refund for Xbox Game Pass by going to the Services & Subscriptions page for your account. Select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the steps to cancel. If you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll be prompted to choose between “Not charging my subscription again” or “Ending now and getting a refund”.

Alternatively, you can select the relevant item and choose “Request a refund”. If you request a refund, it may take up to 72 hours to process the request.

I'm having the same problem right now. Why won't anyone help? I called Xbox support and they told me to come here and assured me that someone would help here.

My xbox x will see my internet connection but will not connect to it even though my computer is on and using it, i have tried using a wired connection as well the same thing happens it won't connect, i have a tablet connected to it as well that works fine as well, so why won't the Xbox x not connect. Please help.
