Why won’t Xbox give me a refund

I tried to get a refund for the resident evil revelations 1 and 2 bundle because the resident evil revelations 2 part of the pack won’t download at all. The email thingy said they won’t refund it because I had played the first game for more than two hours.

Xbox should give me a refund because the product doesn’t work.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with Xbox.

Try replying to the Refund Denial email with the details of what is wrong and why you want the refund...sometimes that works as I think it gets escalated to a person rather than the automated system that seems to be the first line

Yep. As I said, replying to the email escalates it. may take a few days to geta reply though

Same issue. Microsoft are useless and Bethesda just say contact Microsoft. Why is this game on Xbox if it doesn’t work?! How many people are losing money over this. I have requested a refund in the items that won’t work. They better give me my money back!

No one in the forums can give refunds and the refunds won’t be instant.
