At one time I was an Xbox ambassador and have had Xbox Gold since 2002 so I am a bit familiar with the normal channels of feedback. But in the past three years with HALO Infinite, the studio that made the game has shown minimal interest in fixing the online issues and outright refusing to look at evidence. The Xbox team link only allows for reporting for a gamer account but these users modding have multiple accounts. When one is compromised, they just create another free account. This is why the overwhelming majority of modders/hackers have gamer scores in triple digits only. So at the end of the day, it results in near 100% hacked online gaming experience.

I understand that you want to remove those players who are using mods in the game because I'm also a gamer myself and we want to play the game in a fair match where we can have fun and enjoy the game without any mods user.

Just this weekend a new PC hack was introduced - vehicles with different weapons. For example the ghost was firing BR rounds instead of its normal weapons and damage appeared to be non existent. Since there was no update, and the players in my party were on consoles (not modded), well answer is obvious. If you're playing 4v4 games, I could see having a few games that aren't modded, but if you get stuck with a PC group, they move 2-4x faster in CQB that console players. Pretty much zero chance of fair fight.
