why wont wingman start on game pass xbox

what does the error message say when trying to run the game?

Apparently Xbox realeased the game before it was complete (explaining why cards like shining flare wingman are in the game yet flare wingman is not) by doing this they betrayed Konami's trust so the licence was not renewed and it was pulled down. Online
servers will stay up but there is no chance of anyone new buying it.also there is no chance of sequel. Thanks microsoft

It happens with all the games I have tried with the exception of Project Wingman. No idea why that game works.

Wingman had Cog vs. Cog vs. Locust vs. Locust. Just imagine it as a big, nonsensical game of Wingman. All the time. Forever.

I really enjoyed the game, started my second play through on legendary today and to get the rest of the collectables, BTW, using the Machinima Wingman feature for the collectables is awesome.
