Flash is discontinued and only really supported on pc however even pc support is NO longer available from.adobe and yes it's abandoned only sites that hasn't updated to latest standards don't use html5 which is portable and less buggy then flash

Using flash leaves a huge security hole as Adobe abandoned it because od the major issues with security with the flash and shockwave apps you are putting yourself at risk continuing to use it including key logers
