why wont Tom clancys division 2 dark zone work with a live pass

All resolved now. I had a Games pass but because it wasn't a gold game pass I couldn't get into the dark zone . I was allowed to play in the single player area of the game but the dark zone actually requires a gold pass so, once I upgraded to an ultimate
pass everything worked as it should.

I am new to xbox and found that there are so many types of passes that it all actually becomes very confusing. The same with games some are backward compatible depending on which console you have.

What exactly do you mean by "Live Pass"? Do you mean a Xbox Live Gold membership?

If so, check under
https://account.microsoft.com/services if your Gold membership is really active.

If it is, your console might need a refresher and a forced download of your account. Remove the account from the console and download it again according to these instructions:
