Why won't the Microsoft Xbox Store not work!?

Seriously! New games come out! Very curious in buying a few, yet I've been stuck for 24 hours, getting the same MESSAGE of "Try that again, Page could not be loaded. Please try again later." with an Error code that is completely unknown to your error code
identifier, with another sort of code that I've never seen before!

These are the codes I was given, please help! I am getting frustrated as it feels like I can't do anything online, let's not forget that this xbox one was originally supposed to be only online based anyways. What gives?

Store Won't Work

Yall when I open store it works and it opens but if I click on anything in store like search or more games then it says something went wrong and ive tried again and again whats happening

There are 2 different stores. The 9-digit code you received will only work on
http://www.microsoftstore.com via the steps I noted above.

Xbox store (the link you noted) won't accept a 9-digit code for the Microsoft store. That's why you didn't have an option to redeem it at check out.

 

have you tried power cycling your console by holding down it's powerbutton for 10 seconds?

Retry afterwards.

 

My store also wont work. But I get code 0x8000FFFF. I tried the solution that support shows but still doesn't work. My message is Page could not be loaded. Try again later.

 

Ok, this is weird. For some reason when I did that it worked, but not fixing the problem. It checked the error code to something else...

Sorry to hear about the issue you have found yourself dealing with.

If I were you and the console is giving you this weird problem, the best course of action that I suggest is what we call a soft factory reset,

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts and have easy access to your internet network
