Why won’t tekken 7 install properly?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Let's try installing the game digitally. Please follow the steps below:

1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it.

Be sure to check out Xbox Support on Twitter for more frequent updates over the issue. This has been going on since roughly Friday and will most likely persist for most users over the rest of the weekend. They reported that some users are having luck with
purchase and content usage as of a few hours ago however, the service is still down over all. Be sure to @ them on Twitter to let them know if you're still having trouble and to hopefully get at the faster.

currently Xbox live is having content and purchase issues which is why downloading purchased content can be an issue.

If you just ordered Tekken 7, you won't immediately receive that code. The Tekken 6 code will be messaged to you within 7-10 days from time of purchase.
