    We've downloaded the new Story Mode, but it will not open the game. It tries to load, but then just defaults back to the home page.

    DAILY CHALLENGES WON'T OPEN

    DAILY CHALLENGES IN MICROSOFT JIGSAW WILL NOT OPEN. SHOWS THEY HAVE DOWNLOADED. ONCE CLICKED ON THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO OPEN, BUT THEN JUST GOES BACK TO THE HOME PAGE. HELP PLEASE!

    Won't Load

    When I go to puzzles I can load the main screen but when I try to open my puzzles or daily challenge or custom puzzles it spins for a lengthy time and goes back to the home screen

    I would try to reinstall it, if it doesn't work when it is redownloaded, it may never work.

    Hi, thanks for nice wishes. Hope you are doing alright too..

    I downloaded GTA Online anyways, and after opening there is story game mode inside. So actually have to run story mode game through gta online, there's no way to download only story mode.

    What helps me is after it gives me error, I switch tabs to story mode, then open the social club tab then back to online and it usually works then. Dunno why

    Blu-Ray Player updated today, DVDs now play much better!

    Definitely a bug in the X1 NAT detection.... after the above post, running test again the 3rd time it then changed to open nat. Nothing changed on my end as far as settings go. Either way, im not sure this is why stand by downloads haven't initiated on
    there own, nonetheless, this bouncing back from cone Nat, to open Nat is interesting to say the least.

    Can I buy RDR2 Story Mode alone?

    You will not be able to play Story Mode without already owning Red Dead Online. You have to open Red Dead Online in order to start up Story Mode. It will not download separately as it is just DLC for RDO.
