    Hi Chris P! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

    After a search to find information regarding the problem you are experiencing, I found some steps that may help you.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network Settings. Any known interruptions will appear in the middle of the screen.
    6. On the right side of the network settings screen, select Test multiplayer connection.
