    Why won’t my Xbox work


    This post is to simply show of/ complain about my xbox one s. I got it over 2 years ago so you know the warranty is expired and the problems began about 6 months ago. So first things first no matter what i do at least 2 games on my xbox will not work.
    So im constantly deleting games and trying to get the bug onto a bad game i dont play instead of one of my favorites. But thats not closs to all. Many times my home page wont load, nor my setting, and games and apps. Games often freeze up on me and when that
    happeneds i try to close the game only for the xbox screen to freeze on me. Ive done nothing crazy that warrents a [Mod removed- inappropriate] xbox and I know there is nothing anyone can do. Ive deleted everything many many times I havent
    played some of my favorite gsmes in months and there is nothing I can do about it. So because of this a lifelong xbox fan will be buying the ps5. Sad but true. I dont need anyone to respond or even read this just wanted to complain a little about my
    [Mod removed- inappropriate] xbox.

    good luck. I even tried to purchase it because I got so frustrated. It still doesn’t work. That’s why they won’t give a redemption code. It won’t work. Fix this Xbox. This sucks

    It's strange, have you tried to restore the console to
    factory settings    ? In this way, the console should return to work. You can also keep the data related to applications or games, just select "Reset and keep my games & apps" option.

    Sorry to hear about your frustrations regarding your Xbox One S. Have you looked in to scheduling your system for repairs? Here is the support

    page     for issues with games freezing?

    Keep in mind, new releases can contain bugs which are fixed in later patches. Technical bugs cannot be transferred to another title.
