Why won't my xbox update or let me update games

My xbox one will not update nor will it let me update any games I have tried multiple things including unplugging the Xbox turning it on and off and others but it has not worked could you please help.

XBOX ONE GAME WON'T UPDATE

I need help ASAP please. I am trying to update a game on xbox but it won't let me update it. It's stuck at 0% and it won't let me cancel the update either. WHAT DO I DO???

Can somebody tell me why HAlo MMC won't update on my xbox?

and can somebody tell me why the HECK this website lacks any information on how to update the game?

Hi,

To resolve your concern you can follow the suggested methods below:

Method 1. Power Cycle your Xbox One console.

You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

Here are the steps:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Method 2. Clear the Storage cache on the console.

Here are the steps:

1. Press the menu key on the controller.

2. Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.

3. In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.

4. Select Clear persistent storage.

Method 3. Clear MAC address.

Here are the steps:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Select Network.

5. Select Network settings.

6. Select Advance settings.

7. Select Alternate MAC address.

8. Select Clear.

If your games or console are still not updating after you follow the methods above, updating the console offline will be the best thing to do to resolve the issue.

To update the console offline, you follow the instructions on this link.

If all else fails, try restoring the console back to factory defaults using the option
Reset and keep my games & apps

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, choose Reset and keep my games & apps

So try and explain why Imcan download a game update but it will not let me download or extract the console update. Now it's telling me the my 4 gb storage in the Xbox is bad. WTH.
