I have this exact same issue. Tried what was recommended, but still can't connect.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection. First, let's try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there.

If you're still having trouble after this try doing a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep your installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

Also for more information my Xbox series s will connect to this internet. And after contacting t mobile they said it was not an issue on their side.

"Please try to solve the problem by doing the following things:

1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

2. Unplug the power cable from the console and wait 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

4. Check if the problem persists, if so, please reset your console to its factory settings keeping your games and applications as follows:

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

5. Check again if the problem persists."
