    Why won't my xbox one S work?


    I have an Xbox One S and it doesn't turn on at all. About 2 months ago my younger brother tried to 'clean' the outisde of it with a wet cloth, while cleaning he got distracted and wiped over the grated area of the Xbox, which is covered in little holes, this is probably the cause but after 2 months of trying to find a solution I finally think its time to contacts Microsoft about this. It is completely unresponsive to anything I try to do to it. If I plug it in to turn it on it won't do anything, not even the low humming noise it makes when it is in use. I haven't known what to do for a while now. I don't know what to do to because it simply wont turn on. The power button on the front doesn't work and I don't know what to do.
