    Why Wont My Xbox One DownloadApps?


    My Xbox refuses to install or update any apps. This has been going on for about a week and it's becoming a hassle because my main thing to do while I play games is listen to a customized playlist on Spotify. But Spotify won't update. I can't install Soundcloud.
    Even the new Avatar update won't install. I'll get a weak 100-300 KB/s start but the total download never increases. After a few seconds i get a notification saying installation stopped. All of my app are slowly becoming unavailable due to updates. I can install
    games with no issue though. The problem exclusively deals with apps.

    Please don't tell me anything about a hard reset. I do that every time before even considering asking for help.

    I am very sorry to hear that this has happened. Is this issue only present on your Xbox or does it manifest on other devices that you own connected to the same network? If it occurs on multiple devices it is likely a problem with your internet or your router.
    If it is just a problem you encounter on your Xbox, have you tried referring to the steps outlined in this Support article?
