    Why wont my xbox let me text


    Hi, ive been trying this for the past couple oh hours but, my xbox randomly will not let me text on here or the app. Im not suspended either all i can do is receive texts but i cannot send them. I have reset and fully restarted the account. Its only a problem on this account and not any others.
