Why wont my xbox game pass go through onto my account, I redeemed a 3 month game pass gift...

Every time you purchase Game Pass, even by purchasing a gift card for X months of Game Pass, you will be already subscribing to the service. That's why it asks you to have a credit card or PayPal account (with credit/debit card on it) on your Microsoft account when redeeming a Game Pass card. If you don't have a credit card or PayPal account, you cannot redeem a Game Pass card.

Now, I'm not really sure about the trial period, but as soon as you redeem a Game Pass gift card (let's say for 3 months), you can go to your subscriptions page (https://account.microsoft.com/services) and turn off recurring billing. You will keep your time from Game Pass (in our case, three months) and will not be charged when the subscription expires. The trial period may not let you do it, but redeeming a Game Pass gift card on your account will allow you to do it.

But you will need to do it every single time you redeem a Game Pass card. Because every time you do it, you will be already subscribing to the service again.

It would convert the remaining Game Pass Core to Ultimate at a ratio of 3:2.

That would be a problem because i didnt redeem my game pass core with a gift card. My dad pays it automatically every month.

Yes it was 3 month game pass ultimate and it also said if I check billings on my account that game pass ultimate was successfully redeemed on my account. But I get nothing and couldn't use game pass or get live services

Please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.
