Why won't my Xbox connect to the Internet?

My xbox x will see my internet connection but will not connect to it even though my computer is on and using it, i have tried using a wired connection as well the same thing happens it won't connect, i have a tablet connected to it as well that works fine as well, so why won't the Xbox x not connect. Please help.

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- When you say your console won't connect anymore, may I ask exactly what you mean by that? Is it no longer accepting your network details? Are you getting any error codes/messages?

- Have you already tried connecting it via network cable to see if you experience the same issues?

- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's expansion card or USB ports?

- Have you recently changed ISP or your Internet hardware?
