Why won't my Xbox 1 sign into EA

Can't you play any EA games or just a specific game?

Does it show any error messages when trying to connect to EA servers, if yes, what error exactly?

if you ever played an ea game in the past then it auto creates a profile for you, if you have since created your own ea account then it won't be linked.

you can sign into ea with your xbox live account and then unlink that other account.

I'm having the same account issue as well as the sign in window appearing and disappearing rapidly. I can play games through the Xbox app but I can't launch any EA games. I login to both accounts using the same email so I don't know why they're different?

Getting real tired of this. Glad I only spent $1.

Update: just fixed my issue. I can install EA games now. I opened the Xbox Console Companion app and it prompted me to sign into my Xbox Live account and it worked. Not really sure why since I tried that like 10 times but whatever. Something to try if you're still having this issue.

If a game won't update, you should still be able to play offline.



I'm not sure why it won't update, but
EA took the servers down earlier in the year, so you wouldn't be able to play online anyway. Sorry.
