Why wont my warranty request go through and why will xbox support bot call me back!!!!!

If you have problems, what I can suggest is that you contact Support directly so that they can provide you with better help with this problem, there you can request a call or simply enter a live chat with a Support person.

I can help you only by giving you some recommendations, if you can't get someone to respond to you in Support, just change the problem until you can get into a live chat with a member of Support, believe me, at the time when I needed to communicate with them this was the way in which I manage to do it. Sometimes the system with some problems sends you to a chat with a bot, but you must select another problem so that you can go to the live chat or alternatively request a call.

Hi Courtney thanks for the reply, I have tried maybe 6 times filling in the application on the service page only to be greated with an error at the end.

I have tried automated chat and requested a ton of calls but have been able to make no proper contact with Microsoft they just send me in circles.

My warranty is up in 15 days and I need to get it sorted it's so frustrating 😫

done this already. and now the xbox support website wont let me request a call as it keeps saying connection failed when i try to request one after going through multiple other pages of unhelpful information.

Also going through the same problem. Been through the forums, three support chats, a Twitter exchange, and a phone call. Not one of them can give me a consistent reason for why my gamertag was forcibly changed. Xbox's support is a joke.
