Why wont my purchased games work anymore

Ans the error code i receive is Error cause: 10. Error Code: 2004 and it says it could be due to high traffic online and all that but the tests I run say different. It's very frustrating and then when I play call of duty my mic can be off and the setting in my game will be off for the mic but I still see gamertags with the speech symbol on both the left and right side of my gaming screen even when I'm not in a match with those players or in a party. How are players I'm not in a match with or in a party with being able to have a a mic symbol on both sides of my gaming screen So I'm just confused.. it hasn't happened ever until about a week ago

I also did all the trouble shooting tips it gave me and still nothing. So like I said I changed all my passwords on my accounts along with my internet SSID and password for it and still wouldn't work. So I'm just confused on the situation and why it kept happening and how my games weren't able to be played at all. It's been frustrating cause my internet connection says it's good and connected everytime I run or ran tests for it.

I get an error code so the game has to restart over and reload then I can play and this is MW2. Then yesterday morning I'd click on my game or any game I had bought and installed to play it and it would say have to purchase and install which made no sense cause I already purchased the games and this was for all my games that I've purchased. Call of duty MW2, Vanguard, black ops cold war, gears of war, NBA literally all of my games it was telling me to purchase again and reinstall it. It also said make sure my Microsoft account was secure so I do that by changing all my passwords and everything and still nothing happened. Then funny thing, when I got home today from work it was working. I don't get it. I always get an error code for every game and then it starts over and then it works. But everytime I play it, it would say error and have to restart the game. So I'm not sure why this is happening. I checked my internet along with running tests and it would say everything is working but keeps happening
