    Why won’t my profile connect to Halo Infinite Multiplayer?


    I’ve been playing Halo Infinite with No issues until today I turned it on and suddenly it will not connect to my profile and a few other things such as customization won’t even open

    Yeah I don't know what I can do. Also tried my brother's Infinite account it is the same issue on this console

    Either the console is bugged or the area I am in is effected as far as I can tell. My brother will be able to check his tonight to compare, he lives elsewhere.

    The same thing is happening for me today. Can't customize anything because it wont load, and access to store page states it is currently unavailable.

    Is it because of location? Is there any maintenance going on with servers in some areas?

    Am stuck with this default cadet spartan, and when I browse friends or players they all say offline and icons are not loading.

    Reinstalled and deleted account data that didn't help. Still the same issue. When game is initializing data it takes longer than usual.

    No error codes at all just keeps showing the box in the upper right hand corner on the multiplayer lobby as loading and I can’t get into customization options or access any of my profile options and yes it’s the only one
