    Why won’t My Offline System Update Work?


    I’m trying to preform an offline update and have extracted all the files into my flash drive from xbox.com trouble shooting page but whenever i plug the flash drive into my xbox im not able to press the offline system update button on the console like it said i should

    It must've been E102, as there is no E103 error for Xbox consoles.

    Did you try an offline update or an offline reset? they are very similar, so it's easy to get confused.
