    Why does my microsoft account say: The birthdate we received doesn’t match the one on your Microsoft account. You’ll need to update it at account.microsoft.com before you can sign in and play games. If this is a child account, ask a parent or another adult with permission to sign in and update your birthdate. when I tried to get minecraft?

    Every time I try to make or verify my account, this notification keeps on popping up. Both of the birthdays for microsoft account and my PASS verification account are the same but it keeps on insisting its not. After I lose this notification, all it does it send me back to the age verification page. What can I do to solve this problem?

    Hi King,

    As previously posted, if you are able to sign into Microsoft and Xbox sites with no issues. You will need to reach out to Mojang and Playstation as it isn't the Microsoft account. As this is an old thread, i will be locking this thread.

    Hello this issue has not been fixed, I do have an Xbox gamer tag and it is set up. When I log into Minecraft for the first time I get " failed to login, Oops! Automatic sign in has failed. You will need to manually sign in to access your Microsoft account".
    I am done to trying to get this [mod removed-profanity] to work hope you guys get it fixed in the morning.
