Why won't my just dance 2023 work?

Hello! I have the digital Just Dance 2023 on my Xbox series s. It's always worked before but after updating it, for some odd reason, it won't work now. It just shows a blue screen and nothing else will load up. I tried restarting my console, but nothing will work.

It appears that you're experiencing issue with Just Dance 2023 on your Xbox Series S after updating the game. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

One thing you can try is to uninstall and then reinstall the game. To do this, go to "My games & apps" on your Xbox dashboard, find Just Dance 2023, press the "Menu" button on your controller, and then select "Uninstall." Once the game is uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. If this doesn't work, you can try clearing the cache on your Xbox Series S. To do this, hold down the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off, unplug the power cord from the back of the console, wait 10 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in and turn on your console.

Unfortunately Just Dance 2023 was not released for the Xbox One. It is compatible with the Series S/X.

Just a friendly reminder, Just Dance Unlimited 1 - Year is an online streaming service that grants you access to a catalog of more than 700 tracks playable via Just Dance 2022, and more than 400 tracks playable via Just Dance 2021, Just Dance 2020, and Just Dance 2019, for the duration of your subscription. Not compatible with Just Dance 2023 Edition, Just Dance 2016, Just Dance 2017, or Just Dance 2018. In other words, it's just content for the game and as per the Store page, it says there that "This content requires a game (sold separately)."
