    why won't my Hogwarts legacy work on my x box


    I recently got Hogwarts legacy for my x box series s when I was researching to see if the x box series x version of the game would work on my x box, but I found out that when I put it in that it did not work and told me to try different console should I return it or is there a way to fix my problem.

    The Series X version of the game will also work on a Series S. Are you sure you have a Series S and not a One S? The Series S/X version will not work on a One.

    If you are able to put a disc in, you have an Xbox One S, not a series S. A Series S has no disc drive. The game is not compatible.

    I'm assuming you're referring to Hogwarts Legacy? The Series S/X version will only work on a Series S/X. You would need the One version.
