Why won’t my gta 5 fully install

I understand you need help with your installation problem.

If you are using a disc, please try installing this offline.

If this is a digital game, please uninstall the game then reset the console first before reinstalling.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

On console and it’s a disc every time I try to install gta it stops and won’t install anymore it only happens with gta.

I fully expect GTA 5 Right up there with my favourites. GTA IV is down there with my worst. Couldnt get into it.

You're not suppose to install the play disc. There is a thread in the GTA 5 forum of why not to install it.

Unfortunately, unless it's due to something like a lack of storage or a connection problem, resuming an installation process that displays the "Installation Stopped" error is usually not possible.

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?
- Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?
- Have you checked if you experience the same issues when trying to install a different game?
