Xbox one x settings issue

Hello,

My xbox wont let me go into my settings it says that the settings app is updating but there is no updates in my games and apps. Is there anything i can do?

1. verify in detailed network statistics on console your download speed is at least 3mb per sec then proceed to step 2

2. reboot console/ check if game will update if not see step 3

3. log in/out - check if game will update if not see step 4

4. check for system update, update console - check if game will update if not see step 5

5. remove profile , reboot console - re-add profile - check if game will update if not see step 6

6. reset system to factory default, check for system update, install updates, - check if game will install

Not sure why so many console update that will harm my console.There no new notes.Not sure I needd to rest the console again after every xbox one update.

My xbox is saying theres a update 566.0mb but it gets to 29% verifying and says there was a problem with the update ,What do I do ive tired resetting it and everything.

It actually needs to be the xbox itself not the HDD.

Gameupdates are saved to internal flash memory on the xbox, which is why if you switch games you may need to re-download updates as the internal memory is much smaller.

You only need a silver account for updates.

Yea I have the samething going on here but I restarted my xbox like and disconnected my internet connection like 5x and now I'm online but that's just me and now it says on my system update info "Latest Update successful" so I'm guessing it's good now
