Why wont my games stay downloaded on xbox one?

I was recently playing Division 2. All of a sudden I was dropped out of game and Warzone2.0 tried to load on its own. Shutdown Warzone went back to Division2. I got kicked again and Warzone tried do load its self again. Removed Warzone, went back to Division2. Kicked, microsoft store loaded its self and tried installing Warzone. Removed Warzone and history. I did a soft restart and all but 8 gamea were gone, Division2 was one of the ones gone. Reinstalled Division2 and it was playable. Next day, all games were gone. As well as entire friends list. I have done both hard reset and full factory reset. Games I download are playable, but dissapear after about 15 minutes. Friends list keeps dissappearing as well. Can anyone give another solution or is this a hardware issue and my xbox is done?

Your console may have been corrupted and this should be fixed by resetting the console removing everything, and since that didn't fix it a check-up is required that way they can check what is causing the issue.

If you have already performed a reset on your console removing everything and the same issue occurs it may mean that the issue is with the console itself. You may need to have it checked.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. The issue can be with the Xbox itself but if I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.

Ok. Out of curiousity, why would they be playable and then just dissappear? Even as I am playing.
