Why won't my games on game cloud load fully on my screen????

This happens to me and mine is the digital download it also has happened with Battlefield. I usually turn my xbox off and back on and it works fine. I'm throwing a guess but I think it is something n to do with the cloud servers not being able to load your
details and this is why it happens and won't go past the load screen. When I say turn it off I mean fully and not on and off by stand bye.

If that's the case then why won't it let me move any saves to my Xbox one from the cloud, and keeps loading games off of the cloud and forcing me to create new saves that I have previously deleted off of the cloud back onto the cloud!?

have already attempted.

Solution 1. Power cycle your console

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Solution 2. * Go to games and apps

* Look for Cold war and highlight it

* Once highlighted, go to manage game

* Under manage game, look for Content packs 2 and 3 and delete them

* Restart Xbox then launch the game again.

Make sure that content packs 1 and 4 are both installed.

Solution 3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

Similar keeps happening to me, rather black screen or it starts to load game and loads the games loading screen but just stays there, i don't use my xboxone for days or weeks as i use my ps4 and when i turn it on to game this happens. I have to fully turn
it off then back on again to get it working.
