    Why won't my gamerpic get verified?


    Hello. Was just inquiring about a possible issue with my custom gamerpic. I have tried a few times to change it to a custom photo, but it won't verify. It's a completely clean photo and, as far as I know, doesn't go against any rules. If someone could figure
    this out for me and get my gamerpic switched over/verified that would be great, thank you.

    My gamertag is the same as my display name.

    To be honest, it normally takes a few days for the review to be completed. I suggest to give it a little time. You can try uploading it using your Xbox app or the Xbox console if you haven't tried.

    It's a server issue. It's happening to everyone. All you can do is it for it to be fixed.

    I've been having the same issue too. All they said is a server issue and to wait but seems to me they're not fixing it. I've spoke to 3 agents and have been told different things.

    Usually it get verified within 24 hours custom gamerpics but if you aren't older then 18 years you can't get a custom gamerpic
