    hi my name is Toby I recently uploaded a custom ganerpic but it never changed so I thought it might have been against the terms so I uploaded a different one which was perfectly fine but it's also not changing I'm confused could someone help me

    It's a server issue. It's happening to everyone. All you can do is it for it to be fixed.

    Then why was my Halo 4 'gamerpic' displayed on my Xbox-One in the first place? Indeed, it seem that my 'Crawler' avatar that came with my Halo 4 Xbox-360 transferred to my Xbox-One.... Or will Microsoft take that away from me too?
