    Why won’t my gamer pic change?


    I have tried uploading a new gamer pic every way possible and it won’t do nothing. I have had multiple people change theirs in my house hold and they didn’t have a problem changing there’s and they is absolutely no way it violates and guild lines cause it’s just a plain picture of myself and my gamertag under it.

    Why won’t my gamer pic change?

    It's an issue with the servers. A lot of people are having the same issue. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.

    DENAz666, looks like I spoke too soon. I just tried changing my gamer pic and when I took the pic of my avatar it switched to an old avatar gamer picture. Anybody know why this is happening?

    Oh and a reason why I no longer have my Xbox 360 gamer picture, is I messed around with avatar app on Xbox One exited without saving and now it's changed my gamer pic to what you see now. I can still change it though. However when I log in on my Xbox 360
    slim console, my original Xbox 360 gamer pic is still there.
