Why won't my game start?

Ever since the hot wheels pack came out my game won't start. I have unplugged my console, restarted it. Please can you help me

Why won't my game load?

I've downloaded all necessary updates, I've exchanged the disc for a different one, my Xbox plays other games fine, I've tried restarting the Xbox and closing the game and restarting it. But whenever I try to load the game, I get the loading screen, then
just a black screen and it takes me to the home screen after a few minutes. Any help would be greatly welcomed.

clarify the following details:

Are you getting any error messages when you start the game?

Have you tried launching other games to check if the same thing occurs?

Are you using the physical copy or the digital version of the game?

Are you trying to launch the game online or offline?

In the meantime, we recommend clearing the console's persistent storage. Here are the steps:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Clearing persistent storage on the Xbox One console removes temporary files stored on the system's memory. This can help resolve issues launching game on Xbox One.

Thank you crystal. I have tried but it says that there is a service error when I try to request a call or make contact. I also dialed 1-800 for my Xbox and it just gave me the Xbox help website and hung up on me. I'm not sure how to get in contact with
anybody but I figured I would let you know that I am having trouble getting a call back.
