Why wont my controller work

When it said my controller batteries were low it disconnected so i put new ones in that were fully charged but the home button is on but non of the buttons actually work so i can't do anything.

Xbox 360 controller problems.

My Xbox controller player1 light is on but it wont work with my xbox. I have just bought it second hand so i dont know why it wont work!?

anyone help me my wireless headset is stuck on port 2 and wont sync to port 1

my wireless headset wont sync to port one with my controller it just goes to port two and wont work but when i turn my controller off it goes to port one and works but wont work with my controller on anyone help me ???

Let's have you try removing your batteries from your controller and plug it in via USB cables. Let us know if it eventually turns on, if so, try unplugging and connecting new batteries and reconnecting to your Xbox One.

I'm sorry for the issue with your controller. You didn't mention if it's connected to the PC or the console. In any case, if you haven't already (It's not clear from the automatic translation if you have used a cable), you should try connecting it via cable and see if it works. It's possible that it has lost its association with the device, and you may be able to reconnect it using the cable.

You should also try turning off the console and unplugging the power cable for about a minute, then plug it back in.

Also have you tried getting a micro USB to USB cord and plugging it directly to the xbox to see if that will work?

thanks i just figured out what it is it was one of me controllers i pluged in my other one and it works with that one dunno why it wont work with my main one though its strange
