why won’t my console start when my controller is on?

Same here. Had to go drastic and factory reset but still no luck. This happened exactly after the last update that revamped the store UI. Now it just freezes at every little thing and takes forever to load and shutdown. My xbox one is now load screen 7lb
paper weight that cost me over $350 american dollars. Coincidentally just in time for a new console to hit the market...pretty damn shady. Live has been goin down hill for over a year but I never would have figured sabotage as a microsoft tactic. You definitely
sabotaged my xbox and during a pandemic when indoor entertainment is a must.

I had an original controller and for the first time in seven years I had to get a new controller and then my trigger button and started sticking I now have a problem with my controller will die and it won’t even turn back on
