    Same problem here. Chatted with support. They gave me a new code, but still doesn't work. Seems, that it is a problem with the live network. They gave me the advice to try it the next days again.

    Seems like due to black friday crazy shopping party the microsoft servers can not handle it.

    If the system is not working, make everyone as a gold member until you solve the problem!
