Why won't my cloud device connect to EA server

Everytime I load up It Takes Two everything works fine until I press 'online'. It loads for a bit, then has me put in a nickname (no matter what I put, it's says 'Prohibited words or characters'). When I leave the nickname page it says it can't connect to EA servers. I know my internet connection isn't the problem and I'm not really sure what else to do. I've tried on my Samsung A32 phone and Android tablet, but both say the same thing. It's only It Takes Two, I've been able to load up other EA games. Is there anything else I can do?
