Why wont my case reviews go through i have tried everything

Have you have tried unplugging the power supply for 10 seconds from both the outlet and the Xbox One and then trying it?

If you have and it still wont power up, then you have a problem that needs a repair/replacement.

Thanks for your reply and sorry about posting unrelated content. But i was told to do it by the support agent. Regarding to sticking to the terms of service, thats why i would like a case review. I know its going to sound like a cliche but that post that
got taken down did not go against the terms of service at all, so i would like a case review so that my enforcement history wont show any undeserved strikes.

im having the same exact problem...i hate it...i have no idea why it wont connect, ive tried practically everything xbox/support has told me..im going to put my ip adress in manually, hopefully that'll work.
