    Why won’t my balance show up while purchasing things ?


    I was trying to buy halo infinites battle pass so I was gonna pay but it only showed up with a card and not my balance which btw Ik has money on said balance and even if I didn’t have enough it should show your balance. Any help?

    I have the same issue. MY balance shows up as $47.62 CAD on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and on the Microsoft commerce site but on xbox.com it shows up as $0.

    I'm still able to make purchases on console and my music pass is still renewing itself but I wonder why xbox.com doesn't recognize my balance.

    I have found that you will see your balance when you go to purchase something. It should give you the option of using a payment method such as a credit card, or using your account balance. I am not sure why it does not show your account balance now, like
    it showed your point balance, but you should have no problem purchasing things now.

    Kindly check if it’s on your payment method via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.

    Once confirmed, make sure that you’re purchasing on the same Microsoft store region as your Microsoft balance.

    I have pre-ordered MW2 and it won’t show up in my library. And if I go to the microsoft store and try and find it all it says is that i need to purchase the game again. Why is it doing this?
