    Hiya, it sounds like you have a weak internet signal, this would put you lower in the queue for a game since the algorithm favors low ping numbers. Usually my games run at 13 ping, anything above 125 begins to produce very noticeable lag spikes. I suggest
    checking with your internet provider for information on your internet latency.

    The green loading bars are there sometimes , I do not know why but occasionally they appear. I would clean the MW3 disc and just try again.
