Why won't Modern Warfare campaign start?

I've factory reset my Xbox one X, the only Game on my Xbox one X is Modern Warfare; everything in the DLC screen is installed, cashe is clear, I cleared it repeatedly 6Xs, still doesn't work. The free cheater war zone works. If I didn't have unlimited broadband this would absolutely put me over my limit.

I've uninstalled and installed Every Data Pack & Modern Warfare 3 Times, over the past 5 days. Its Just Another broken unplayable game brought to you by no talent inept hack developers. Developers today are like 15yr olds that have been handed keys to a high end sports car, and crash it within minutes because they don't know what they're doing.

Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 1

Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 2

Modern Warfare - Multiplayer Pack

Modern Warfare - Special Ops Pack 1

Well the Modern Warfare series and Black Ops series are each trilogies. So I'd suggest start with the first when it comes to the campaign. I liked the actual Black Ops story better--its different and more unique, but when it comes to an overall enjoyable
campaign, I like the Modern Warfare games the best.

Modern Warfare trilogy:

1. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

2. Modern Warfare 2

3. Modern Warfare 3

Black Ops trilogy:

1. Call of Duty: World at War (prequel)

2. Black Ops

3. Black Ops II (Nov. 2012 release)

I think modern warfare 4 was confirmed wasn't it? either way it's an infinity ward year so it's either modern or future but after the reaction to infinite warfare I'd say they probably won't go too far into the future. I personally liked the campaign for
infinite warfare, but I have a soft spot for space stuff.
