Why won’t Minecraft sign in

Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply

I am very sorry for the problem you are having trying to log in, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search in Xbox support and they suggest the following solutions to solve the problem and I thought it was good information, which you should take into account and Try to see if it works for you:

Solution 1:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button  located in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Home/Stop center.

2. Select Restart console.

3. Select Restart.

4. Once the console has restarted, try to log in again.

Solution 2:

Step 1: Remove your account from the console

1. Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select your account and confirm the operation.

4. Restart the console (see solution steps 1).

Step 2: Add your account back to the console

1. Press the Xbox Button  to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system and then Add or change.

3. Select Add new.

4. Enter the email address and password for your Microsoft account.

5. Complete the personalization settings on the following screens.

why won’t it allow me to sign into my Fortnite account and gives me a link and a code eveytime

I previously had Minecraft on a xbox 1 and was logged into my Microsoft account on xbox. However, I have now switched to ps4 and it will not let me sign in because my account is logged onto my xbox, how can I fix this?

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you are having an issue signing in Minecraft through a mobile app giving you an error that prompt "Let's get you signed in". We will be glad to assist you with this. However, to better understand the issue we would like to ask more details about it.

1. Have you tried another browser?
   
2. Do you have the Minecraft license on the account you are trying to login?
   
3. It would be much appreciated if you can send a screen shot of the error message here, if any?
   
4. What platform are you using to sign in?
   
5. Have you done recent device update?
   

Some basic steps to resolve the issue are

• Clear cache
  
• Uninstall/reinstall game and profile
  
• Turning off device and turn it back after few seconds.
