Why won't Microsoft send me my Xbox nack.

So I sent my Xbox in for warranty repair on June 24th 23 and the repair was allegedly completed and set for return on the 27th. However, it is now October and my xbox has not been sent back to me. Ups never received the package from Microsoft. I have called the service center approximately 10 separate times and been hung up on at least 6 of those times. To add insult to injury no two techs will give me the same answer. I have been told they are "elevating it" as well as we don't know what department is warranty replacement. All of this is really pissing me off, I just want them to send me a fixed Xbox.
